Formats

Simultaneous or consecutive? It depends on your event.

Not sure which one you need? Tell us about the format and we will recommend the mode, the number of interpreters and the equipment.

Simultaneous interpreting

The interpreter speaks at the same time as the speaker, from a soundproof booth. Your audience listens in their language through receivers and headsets, with no pauses.

Best for
Conferences, conventions, keynotes, trainings, board meetings and launches.
Equipment
Full or half booth, interpreter console, receivers and headsets.
Interpreters
Usually a pair per language combination, taking turns through the day.

Consecutive interpreting

The speaker pauses and the interpreter conveys the full message. No equipment needed, and the conversation stays close and face to face.

Best for
Negotiations, business meetings, interviews, press conferences, notarial appearances and plant visits.
Equipment
None. For tours we can add portable receivers.
Interpreters
One for short meetings; two for full days.

Remote interpreting on Zoom, Teams and video calls

For webinars, international meetings and hybrid events: attendees pick their language right in the platform.

FAQ

What everyone asks before booking.

Ask us on WhatsApp
What is the difference between simultaneous and consecutive interpreting?

In simultaneous interpreting the interpreter renders the speech in real time from a booth while the speaker talks, and the audience listens through receivers: the choice for conferences and conventions. In consecutive interpreting the speaker pauses and the interpreter conveys the message afterwards; no equipment needed, ideal for meetings, negotiations, interviews, notarial appearances and plant visits.

How much does a simultaneous interpreter cost in Mexico?

It depends on the language pair, event length, number of interpreters, on-site or virtual format, and whether you need a booth and receivers. We send your quote the same business day via WhatsApp, phone or the form.

How many interpreters do I need?

Simultaneous interpreting is normally done in pairs per language combination so interpreters can take turns and keep quality high all day. For consecutive, one interpreter can cover a short meeting. We recommend the exact team for your agenda when we quote.

Do you provide the booth and equipment?

Yes. We rent full or half booths, interpreter consoles, and receivers and headsets for attendees, and quote interpreters and equipment as one package.

Do you interpret on Zoom, Teams or video calls?

Yes. Remote simultaneous and consecutive interpreting for video calls, webinars and hybrid events on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other platforms with language channels.

Do you cover events outside Guadalajara?

Yes, anywhere in Mexico. We are based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and have covered events in Mexico City, Puebla and other cities, as well as virtual events.

Which languages do you interpret?

20 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, Ukrainian, Polish, Hebrew, Turkish, Swedish, Persian, Vietnamese, Dutch and sign language, plus less common pairs such as Filipino–Spanish.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally as soon as you have a date, to secure interpreters specialized in your subject and the equipment. If your event is soon, message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability the same day.

When is your event? Let’s book your interpreters.

Tell us the date, venue and languages and get your proposal today.
